FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE for OLOC 2025 National Gathering

The Financial Assistance Fund is intended to provide financial assistance to OLOC Affiliates who otherwise wouldn’t be able to attend the OLOC National Gathering. Please consider your situation carefully so we will be able to financially assist as many Old Lesbians as need this funding to attend.

PLEASE RETURN THIS APPLICATION BY May 15, 2025. NO APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED IF NOT RECEIVED OR POSTMARKED BY May 15, 2025.

OLOC is committed to access at our Gathering and this includes financial access. We will let you know by July 1, 2025 whether or not we are able to help and, if so, for how much. Then you will be able to make your plans.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GUIDELINES - The Details

Hotel: Up to 4 nights—(5 nights if you are attending a Wednesday Lesbians of Color Event)—with a roommate either of your or OLOC’s choosing.
Travel: (USA only, no international travel).
Registration: OLOC will cover some of the fee—you will pay a minimum of $100 of the registration fee -- DUE by August 1.
Please do not register for the Gathering until your assistance is confirmed.
